A camera-based basketball goal detection system built for professional deployment. Scope covered the detection pipeline, a fixed-window operator display, packaged NUC installers for four separate units, and a remote licence disable system for commercial control.
A monitoring platform for underground mine cooling systems, built on MQTT telemetry feeding a TimescaleDB time-series backend with a Vite and TypeScript dashboard front end. Full technical pitch and specification produced with Arctic Engineering as channel partner.
A production vehicle data and valuation platform on a dedicated server, serving both B2C and B2B customers. Covers the PHP API layer, Ionic and React front ends, third-party data integrations over OAuth2 and Keycloak for residual values, maintenance costs and tyre pricing, payment gateway integration, and WAF and DNS infrastructure.
An AI-powered document extraction API built on Flask and PostgreSQL and deployed on Railway. Extracts structured data from vehicle licence discs and drivers' licences, including custom VIN OCR post-processing with character expansion and confidence scoring. Now consumed in production by multiple downstream platforms.
A vehicle storage facility management platform for a luxury storage operator, built on Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind and Supabase. Separate development, UAT and production environments with CI/CD through GitHub Actions and Vercel, plus integrated OCR scanning for vehicle intake.
An open-source alternative to commercial biometric research suites, using Lab Streaming Layer for synchronised acquisition, HDF5 session storage and NeuroKit2 for physiological signal processing. Includes an automated area-of-interest detection and labelling tool for eye-tracking research, with export to common research formats.
A SAHPRA-aware, ISO 13485-compliant warehouse management system for a medical device distributor, covering loaner kit management, consignment stock visibility and UDI traceability. Structured as a six-phase delivery programme.
